Hugh M. Creed established Hugh Creed Associates, Inc, PA (HCA) in 1969.  HCA is a full service Land Surveying/Civil Engineering firm located in Greensboro, NC.  Our knowledgeable workforce is committed to providing clients with realistic and resourceful solutions to various site conditions. During our 48 year history, we have achieved a specialized understanding of the unique circumstances of individual sites while providing exceptional quality from concept design to construction completion.
